1.Soak rice in water for 1/2 hr
2.Soak kesar in warm milk for 5 minutes
3..Heat a greased (with ghee )pan n add milk
4. Boil milk till it rises
5. Add kesar n cook for 2 minutes
6. Drain n dry rice in a cloth n mix ghee in it
7. Add rice in milk n cook with continuous stirring till rice gets cooked
8 add sugar almonds pista charoli n jaiphal pwd n mix
9. Boil for 3-4 minutes till it gets slightly thick
10. Serve in a bowl n garnish with almonds n pista slivers
